Stuff Jalapenos Chicken Thighs

These are easy to make and they are very delicious!

  • 8 Fresh Jalapenos
  • Fresh Boneless chicken thighs
  • You’re favorite BBQ Rub

Jalapeño Stuffing:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fine shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 TBSP Club House La Grille Maple Bacon Seasoning


Dice 3 jalapenos and cut the rest of the jalapeños in half cleaning out the inside of them
Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Club House La Grille Maple Bacon Seasoning and jalapeno pepper together into a separate bowl.

Stuff the Jalapenos half with the cheese mixture from above

Season the inside of the Boneless thigh with your favorite rub then place stuff jalapenos inside and wrap it close and secure with toothpick

Now season the outside of them with your favorite rub.

Preheat you’re Kamado Joe for indirect or semi-indirect cooking using Grillgrates to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

Cook till internal temp reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit

For the last 10 minutes of the cook sauce them with your favorite BBQ sauce
